This course is designed for anyone who wants to develop and build a free website, whether for personal use, for your business or for a community project that you support.

 

In the age of information technology, functional websites are critical element of success for most organisations and businesses. In order to stand out from the competition, a website must be aesthetically appealing as well as perform smoothly and efficiently.

 

In this hands-on course, you gain the knowledge and practical skills you need to develop a free website. In this course, you will learn about:

4.Constructing Your Website

 

Who should attend this course?

 

Those who would like to establish, develop or maintain a website without the need to know HTML, CSS and other technical terms.

 

What IT knowledge do I need?

 

A basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows and the Internet is helpful.

 

Course details

 

The course will run on Tuesday 15th January to Wednesday 16th January 2013 from 7pm to 9pm at PCS Headquarters,  160 Falcon Road, London, SW11 2LN (5 minutes walk from Clapham Junction Station).

 

The course costs £25 per person. Handouts are provided.
