Each class allows you to tap into your NATURAL GENIUS, BRILLIANCE and ANCIENT WISDOMS using the healing energy of your breath to bring mental and emotional clarity and balance.
Reset your cellar body, self-talk and thought diet and Reconnect to your inner power practising a fusion of HUDU, Chi Gong, Kemetic and Hatha yoga movements.

The Ital Yoga class will be held at The Black Cultural Centre Islington, 16–18 Hornsey Road, N7 7BT. Nearest tube station is Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line).
Cost: £12 per class for advanced bookings. Drop ins £15.

What do I bring to the event?
A Yoga Mat, any aids such as block or strap, towel, water, something warm for meditation.
