• The science behind why essential oils work
• Hands-on sensory activities and live demonstrations

This session is for anyone curious about natural healing, African history, wellbeing and the ancient wisdom of plant medicine.

The workshop will be held at The Black Cultural Centre Islington, 16–18 Hornsey Road, N7 7BT. Nearest tube station is Holloway Road (Picadilly Line).
