My name is Lyndon Wissart. I have been a Professional Chef with more than 30 years of experience. I have worked in many high-profile hotels and restaurants throughout London, including the Savoy Hotel. In October 2015, my life changed. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I was in the red zone, the danger zone, with all the symptoms.
