The class will run from 11 am to 1pm on Saturday 7th December 2024. Doors open at 10.45am.
The Ital Yoga class will be held at The Black Cultural Centre Islington, 16–18 Hornsey Road, N7 7BT. Nearest tube station is Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line).
Cost: £12 per class advanced bookings. Drop ins £15.
What do I bring to the event?
Mat, any aids such as block or strap, towel, water, something warm for meditation.
